1. Services and Products

Honey Creates Home specialises in bespoke furniture refinishing and professional spray finishes for interiors. Our services include the restoration and redesign of statement furniture pieces and kitchen cabinet transformations. Every project is completed in-house with a focus on craftsmanship and high-end, durable finishes.

2. Orders and Contracts

  • Quotes: Any quote provided is valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial inspection of a piece.

  • Acceptance: A contract is formed between you and Honey Creates Home once we send a written confirmation of your order and receive the required deposit or full payment.

  • Lead Times: Lead times for bespoke projects and furniture are typically 2-4 weeks.

  • Bespoke Nature: As our services involve hand-finished and bespoke work, slight variations in finish, colour, and texture are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • For all bespoke work, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or collection.

  • Online store purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

4. Customer-Provided Furniture

When you provide your own furniture for refinishing:

  • You must disclose any known structural issues, previous repairs, or treatments (e.g., wax, oil).

  • Honey Creates Home is not responsible for structural failures or hidden defects inherent in the original piece that become apparent during the refinishing process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery services for completed pieces to homeowners, businesses, and designers.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways and into the intended space.

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery. Returns or damage claims are the seller's responsibility only if the damage is reported at the time of delivery; otherwise, the seller is not responsible for returns due to damage.

5A. Local Collections

  • Local collection is available by arrangement.

  • Items will be packaged for collection; however, once the item leaves our studio, the customer assumes all responsibility for the item (including handling, loading, transit, and any damage).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Bespoke Services: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, services or goods made to your specifications (bespoke refinishing and custom spray finishes) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Ready-to-Buy Items: If you purchase a pre-finished item from our online store, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. The item must be returned in its original condition at the buyer's expense.

7. Care and Maintenance

We provide high-end, durable finishes; however, the longevity of the finish depends on proper care. Honey Creates Home is not liable for damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme heat or humidity) after the item has been delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Honey Creates Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law
